It includes electronic truck scale,infrared detecting device,vehicle identification system,video monitor system,gate,camera and traffic lights.

1.   The drivers can weigh the vehicle by themselves.

2.   Even if only one weighbridge, one-way or two-way unattended weighing mode can be realized.

3.   When the intelligent unattended management system detects that the vehicle enters the area, the system raises the gate automatically, and the traffic light at the entrance turns from green to red.

4.   It installs a pair of infrared radiation photoelectric switches before and after the weighbridge, it is used to sense whether the vehicle is on the weighbridge or not.

5.   When the vehicle is not on the weighbridge completely ,the infrared radiation is blocked, there will be no voice prompts.

6.   After the driver swipes the card, the system can save the vehicle information and weighing data automatically.

7.   It captures the video and images, such as the front,tail and license plate of the vehicle.

8.   There are voice and LED display prompt driver to complete the entire process.

9.   The system raises the gate when the vehicle finish the weighing, there are voice and LED display prompt the driver to enter the next step. The system will lower the gate when the vehicle leaves the weighbridge, the traffic light turns from red to green.

10. Live printing: when weighing is finished, the system will display the weighing data on computer automatically, and print it out.
